Banana oatmeal pancake with chocolate whey ...
Oats - 40 g
Egg - 1
Banana - 2 medium sized , the more riper the better
Milk -2 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Baking powder 1/2 TSP
Butter - 10 GM
Chocolate whey - 1/2 scoop
Dry roast oats till it turns light brown. Once cool, finely powder it. Add cinnamon stick and baking powder and grind together in the mixer grinder along with oats. Keep aside this dry mixture. To the mixer bowl add egg, 1 banana . Make a fine paste out of it . To this add vanilla essence , almonds and mix again well. Add this wet mixture to the dry one . Once mixed well with spoon , add milk and make the consistency like that of thick dosa batter. Keep it covered for 10 min
Heat up a nonstick tawa, once hot, wipe butter like you put for dosa using onion . Pour the batter with spoon, don't spread it much. Cover it and cook in medium flame for 3-4 min or the bottom side turns slightly brown.add butter on top and flip it to the other side and repeat.
Repeat same for next pancake too. I could make only 2 pancakes with the quantity .
Cut banana into slightly thicker slices. Add whey to 1/3 glass of lukewarm water and mix well. Stack the pancakes, place the banana slices on top and pour the whey mixture on top.
