Here I am giving the chicken method , you can make the same with soy chunks too .
This is chef Vikas Khanna's recipe which fits the low carb diet perfectly .
When you crave for momos and have to avoid flour , these Chicken Procupines are the best bet .
Chicken minced ,150 gms
oyster sauce,soya sauce 1/2 tspn each
red chilli pwdr, salt ,stevia ,garam masala,jeera pwdr 1 tspn each
butter 2 tbspn
capsicum,dhaniya patta ,spring onions,regular onions _all under your macros
ginger garlic 1 tspn
mix all together and make balls ,coat them in soaked rice and steam them in a steamer for 12-15 min .
total calories : 404 Kcal
