Recipe: 

Take one egg, Add 100 gm chicken cut into tiny portions and some chopped coriander. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder. Take butter on a tawa. Cut 2 roundels of brinjal , take the big variety.  Apply some red chilli, turmeric and salt and Cook them in some butter." data-share-imageurl="">

Recipe: 

Take one egg, Add 100 gm chicken cut into tiny portions and some chopped coriander. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder. Take butter on a tawa. Cut 2 roundels of brinjal , take the big variety.  Apply some red chilli, turmeric and salt and Cook them in some butter. Also cook the chicken mix in small disc shape. I added a bit of regular flour for binding.  Cook the chicken patty from both sides. Cut some cucumber and onions for the stuffing. When the chicken patty is cooked add a dash of cheese over it to melt. For the plating, take one roundel of brinjal.  Put some green chutney over it. Place the lettuce cucumber etc over it. Place the chicken patty over it. Finally, place the second roundel and enjoy.
