Have you always been in admiration of the physiques of the likes of 'Gerard Butler' in the movie 300 or fitness models like 'Anllela Sagra'. Always wondered how did they achieve it? What makes them so lean and surprisingly stronger too?!

Well, truth be told, a good training and nutrition plan. As SIMPLE as that!

As your training will be taken care of with the 'STRONGER LEANER' program, you should also make sure that you do not have slips in terms of nutrition.

So how do you set a plan for yourself?! Rather than jumping into giving you complicated way of determining calories and macros for yourself, let me make it easy for you and let our well-built calorie calculator do the hard work for you.

Visit this link (http://getsetgo.fitness/#/public/startdiet/BMR) to go to this amazing calorie and macro calculator.

The first part should always be to determine your goal. An interesting fact is that you can build muscle OR lose fat on the program. Provided you make progress over time at the gym and select the right nutrition goal. Let us put things into perspective! The below given table should make it easy for you to determine your goal:

Other factors that you need to fill in to calculate your calories and macros:If you notice, we are not going at burnout speeds on either fat loss or muscle gain. Why is that? Because fast is not always good and you would want some energy to push through the workout regime.

So this should pretty much set you up with the diet plan. Make sure you have your plans ready so that the camp kicks off on time for you!

      1. Yes, you have to make it yourself. We have equipped you with all the tools and knowledge to do so. If you still have a difficulty in doing so, you can buy one of the meal plans on the website or order for a custom one too! :) 2. In that case, add cardio days and intensity as per your Zumba schedule. Our calculator will automatically adjust the calories needed to support you for zumba! :)
