How many of us have been a victim of this thought? well, I plead guilty of this (for like 5 mins), but I am glad I quickly zapped out of this vicious circle and went about my regime.

Change this thinking by recognizing that few things are truly black and white.When you constantly compare your progress you invariably increase stress levels and slow your progress even further. NEVER compare your progress with anyone else, even if its your own partner/ spouse /relative. Each person, body type is unique and would need a different time frame to show results . Enjoy and learn through the journey than to constantly be in a comparative mode.
