To excel in any sports an athlete requires muscular endurance, maximal strength, mobility, structural balance, stability and some combination of all in order to excel. Let’s look into how does these components help in strength training.

1: Maximal strength: 
It is the highest level of strength an athlete can produce. The use of maximal strength in strength training helps us to improve exercise economy and endurance performance.
