    Cellulite is when subcutaneous fat, which is just below the skin fat , gets embedded in the fibrous tissue resulting in dimples on the skin. Areas around the thighs, upper arms are most common. Diet defineltly helps reduce the cellulite as the body fat decreases, however workouts along with the diet helps one reduce it to a great extent and in certain cases get rid of it completely. Not a quick process, continued workouts and building lean muscles help tone the areas susceptible to cellulite and reduce it to a great extent .
